Booking Procedure
- All reservations must be received in writing by email or WhatsApp.
- Bookings will only be held provisionally for 14 days from the date of reservation unless the reservations office has been contacted in writing to extend the booking.
- After 14 days the provisional booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Failure to pay the deposit within the 14 days will result in automatic cancellation of the

Deposits
- Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit into our bank account and a completed booking form.

Payment Policy
- A booking is regarded as confirmed after receipt of the deposit payment and completed booking form within the timelines stipulated in the Booking Procedure.
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is to be paid within 14 days of provisional booking.
- The balance of the invoice is to be paid 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival – unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the booking dates must be settled in full, immediately on receipt of the invoice and booking form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of bookings will be subject to the following cancellation penalties:
- A booking is regarded as confirmed after receipt of the deposit payment and completed booking form within the timelines stipulated in the Booking Procedure.
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is to be paid within 14 days of provisional booking.
- The balance of the invoice is to be paid 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival – unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance Policy
- Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in line with our cancellation policy. You become liable for cancellation penalties immediately on confirmation of your booking.
